We seek someone with experience in maintaining IT equipment, foundational knowledge of computer networking, and up-to-date familiarity with the latest market technologies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * The candidate must demonstrate a calm and focused demeanor, strong communication skills, ability to guide users across varying levels of technological understanding, determination in problem resolution, and capability to work under pressure. * Maintain applications on both client and server sides; * Assemble and repair IT equipment; * Assemble and manage computer networks; * Collaborate with other Level 2 Technical Support professionals, developers, and managers; * Work with teams across different company departments to integrate new functionalities into existing equipment; * Conduct tests to ensure equipment and systems are fully functional and error-free; * Participate in technical reviews to ensure adherence to best practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Prior experience in IT equipment maintenance; * Technical course in IT and/or networking—preferred; * Experience managing networks with monitoring services, e.g., ZABBIX; * Knowledge of configuration and ticketing systems, e.g., GLPI; * Knowledge of ITIL. **Additional Information** * Initial remuneration, with potential for progression; * Opportunities for career advancement within the company and participation in strategic projects; * Dynamic and challenging work environment; * Opportunity to work at one of the leading healthcare companies in the market, currently undergoing rapid expansion. * Complimentary meals at the workplace * Discounted imaging exams via payroll deduction * Affordable health and dental plans, employee-funded.
