




Description: About the vacancy:* Entry-level professional responsible for first-level support (N1). The focus is on registering, performing initial diagnostics, and resolving common incidents and requests, following predefined procedures. Acts as the company's frontline IT support. Main responsibilities:* User Support (N1): Provide first-level support to users via phone, chat, or ticketing system, resolving hardware, software, and network issues. * End-user support (help desk, service desk). * Support for corporate software (e-mail, Office, ERPs). * Installation and Configuration: Perform installation and configuration of computers, operating systems, software (Office suite, antivirus, internal systems), and peripherals. * Account Management: Create user accounts, reset passwords, and manage basic permissions in systems such as Active Directory. * Documentation and Escalation: Document all support interactions in the ticketing tool and, when necessary, escalate more complex issues to Intermediate or Senior Analysts. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of computers and servers. * Basic network and server monitoring. * Incident and procedure documentation. Mandatory requirements:* Technical or undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Networking, or Information Systems (may be in progress). * Useful (entry-level) certifications: CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, Microsoft (MTA/MCSA), Cisco CCNA (basic). Desirable requirements (differentiators):* Knowledge of installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Windows operating systems for desktops and notebooks; * Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Office) suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, for installation and support regarding common user queries; * Ability to assemble, configure, and perform basic maintenance on desktops, notebooks, printers, and other peripherals; * Fundamental knowledge of computer networks, such as TCP/IP, DHCP, and DNS; * Ability to diagnose basic connectivity issues (cabling, Wi-Fi); * Familiarity with ticketing systems for incident reporting and management.
