Opportunity for growth We are seeking an administrative intern with a focus on clerical work to join our team and carry out tasks related to typing, printing, document organization, and supporting departmental administrative activities. This is an excellent opportunity for those who wish to develop their skills in a professional environment, gain experience, and grow in the administrative field. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Type and print documents; * Organize and archive physical and digital documents; * Support control and updating of spreadsheets; * Assist in reviewing and formatting texts; * Handle telephone and internal audience service, as needed; * Provide support to other administrative areas as required. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Administration; * Basic knowledge of **(typing and printing);** * Basic computer literacy, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google tools. **Additional Information** * 30 hours per week; * Internship stipend + Transportation allowance; * Morning shift internship availability preferred.
