We seek someone who acts as a bridge between business and technology, with autonomy, critical thinking, and the ability to strategically organize information. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Developing, maintaining, and evolving systems using Java (Web and Android) * Implementing and customizing solutions in GSAN, ensuring efficient management. * Building and maintaining features with a focus on performance and quality. * Working with PostgreSQL databases, performing queries, adjustments, and optimizations. * Developing interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP. * Participating in agile ceremonies and collaborating with the team on solution development. * Analyzing technical issues and proposing creative and efficient solutions. * Supporting continuous system improvements, adhering to software development best practices. **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields * Experience in Java development * Experience with PostgreSQL * Knowledge of front-end technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSP * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **Desirable Requirements** * Knowledge of frameworks: **Struts, EJB, Hibernate** * Knowledge of **MVC** architecture * Experience with **WildFly** server * Experience with the **GSAN** system * Experience in the sanitation or utilities sector * Experience optimizing commercial systems. **Technical Skills** * Backend development with Java * Database integration (PostgreSQL) * Web development (front-end and back-end) * System architecture (MVC) * Code versioning * Software development best practices and code quality **Behavioral Skills** * Analytical thinking and logical reasoning * High concentration ability * Ability to learn and continuously develop * Adaptability to change and new contexts * Collaboration and teamwork * Proactivity in problem-solving * Strong interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders and clearly and objectively translate technical requirements * Active listening to understand customer needs * Organization and accountability for deliverables **About RAS** ?
