**Position Mission**
Ensure the group's financial health through integrated cash management, banking relationship management, working capital management, and structured operations, with control and anticipation levels appropriate for a multi-entity operation involving accounts payable and receivable.
**Main Responsibilities**
**Cash and Financial Flow Management**
* Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly projected cash flow (minimum *rolling* of 13 weeks)
* Ensure liquidity for all obligations without compromising the profitability of surplus funds
* Resolve discrepancies
* Manage supplier payments, payroll, taxes, and service payments
* Manage customer collections and receivables
**Banking Relationship Management**
* Manage relationships with partner banks
* Negotiate fees, *spreads*, interest rates, and operational terms
* Maintain updated corporate registration and documentation at banks (KYC/PLD)
**Working Capital and Financial Cycle Management**
* Manage accounts payable and receivable (DPO/DSO/PMR/PMP)
* Evaluate receivables discounting vs. bank borrowing vs. internal cash
* Negotiate payment terms with strategic suppliers
* Optimize Net Working Capital Requirement (NWC) and the financial cycle
**Control, Reconciliation, and Reporting**
* Produce weekly and monthly management reports (cash P&L, consolidated financial position, projections)
* Reconcile transactions with Accounting, observing the Presumed Profit tax regime applicable to entities
* Operate and maintain data integrity in the Omie ERP system
* Support monthly closing activities alongside Accounting and the Finance Directorate
**Administrative Activities**
* Administrative tasks to ensure smooth company operations
**Technical Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, or related fields
* Proficiency in cash flow management, bank reconciliation, and banking relationship management
* Familiarity with financial ERPs (Omie is preferred; SAP, TOTVS, and Senior are acceptable)
* Knowledge of tax regimes

**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in multi-entity groups (holding + operating companies)
* Experience working with startups
**Location:** Natal/RN (on-site)
**Employment Type:** CLT
**Salary Range:** R$3200.00 - R$3.700,00
**Working Hours:** 44 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
