




Job Summary: Responsible for supervising and organizing cleaning and maintenance services, controlling resource flow, and managing the team to ensure service quality and customer relationship. Customer interface and relationship Supervise and organize cleaning, sanitation, maintenance, and other related operations at a specific client site. Manage staffing levels, material flow, products, and equipment to ensure the financial performance of contracts under one's responsibility. Guide the team to improve service quality for the client. Serve as the interface between the company and the client, strengthen their relationship, and identify client needs. Possess knowledge to resolve most issues within the area.
