Job Summary: Supervise all mineral processing operations, lead and guide the team, ensure KPI compliance, and guarantee adherence to company standards and procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Technical development and process optimization JOB SUMMARY: Supervise all mineral processing operations, enter production data into the control system, lead and guide shift personnel, monitor crushing, grinding, gravimetric separation, thickening, CIL, detoxification, elution, electrowinning, smelting, ore loading and transportation. Interface with maintenance and mining departments to ensure KPI compliance. Manage costs and personnel, and guarantee adherence to company standards and procedures. RESPONSIBILITIES: * Supervise operation of crushing, grinding, thickening, leaching, desorption, acid washing, regeneration, and tailings dam processes; * Define production and maintenance priorities; * Lead operational meetings and guide team members; * Conduct training and development for the operational team; * Identify production bottlenecks hindering achievement of production targets; * Supervise operational parameters and process quality; * Perform routine inspections within areas of responsibility; * Schedule team cleaning activities during maintenance shutdowns; * Monitor timekeeping closure for area staff; * Interface with Maintenance, Mining, Geology, Procurement, and SSMAC departments; * Maintain reagent specific consumption within pre\-established parameters; * Track production, cost, and safety indicators for respective areas to intervene and correct potential deviations; * Contribute to the technical development of the team; * Develop technical and practical improvements for implementation of new projects; * Supervise the process laboratory team; * Conduct metallurgical tests with the process laboratory, including grind size curves, cyanidation and leaching curves, activated carbon adsorption tests, particle size analysis, carbon characterization, acid washing, and regeneration. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Technical Education in Metallurgy or Mining; * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a related role within gold processing; * Driver’s License Category B; * Knowledge of comminution (crushing, grinding, classification, and thickening); * Knowledge of the chemical aspects of gold processing (hydrometallurgy, detoxification, elution, and smelting); * Ability to interpret operational and process data to identify and resolve potential issues during the shift; * Ability to prepare shift handover reports ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Willingness to reside in Currais Novos\- RN.
