The professional will be responsible for menu creation and execution, quality control, cost management, and adherence to food hygiene and safety practices. **Responsibilities** * Plan, develop, and update the menu * Ensure standards of quality, flavor, and presentation * Control costs, inventory, and waste * Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitary inspection regulations * Organize work schedules and kitchen workflow * Collaborate with management for continuous process improvement **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Kitchen Chef or in a similar role * Degree in Gastronomy or related fields (preferred) * Creativity, organization, and sense of responsibility * Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic environments Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.900,00 per month Work Location: On-site
