The Territory Sales Manager is based in\-field within their defined territory and reports to the Sales Lead. **What You Will Do** **Responsibilities include, however not limited to:** * Achieve sales targets across your territory and our company’s Allflex product portfolio * Own your territory plan and adjust fast to performance * Build trusted relationships with farmers, store and regional managers, field reps and key industry stakeholders * Partner with Technical Advisors to deliver clear technical value and drive decisions * Identify customer needs and match them with our company and Allflex solutions * Confidently position our value against competitor options * Activate promotions to maximise impact * Train distributors and partners to ensure accurate, compelling messaging reaches end users * Resolve product complaints, pricing queries and compliance issues quickly * Deliver persuasive presentations to customers and channel partners * Use MAXX and CRM data for smart targeting and pre call planning * Log interactions and next steps to build a single customer view and guide marketing * Stay sharp on our products, animal health trends and competitor offerings * Continuously develop selling skills and key account management capabilities * Share insights, collaborate with sales and marketing and contribute positively to team forums * Track competitor moves and execute territory counter plans * Report market intelligence to sales leadership regularly * Work to all relevant Acts, policies and procedures **What You Must have** * Tertiary business or science degree preferred * Demonstrated commercial success in a sales role essential * Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other technologies (e.g I\-Pads) essential * Ability to build long term relationships * Ability to convey technical information in a manner easily understood * High level of flexibility and resilience * Good understanding of farming practices within New Zealand **What You Can Expect** * **Work autonomously whilst being supported, encouraged** and being part of a trusted Global leading Animal Health organisation * Exposure to **upskill and develop** in your role * Flexibility and **opening doors to other opportunities** and skillsets * Joining a **collaborative** team of **likeminded individuals** *Make your next move where your expertise truly matters, and your results are recognised!* We are proud to be a company that embraces the value of bringing diverse, talented, and committed people together.
