Welding Robot Operator

Description

Job Summary: Responsible for operating and feeding welding robots, ensuring part quality, performing basic maintenance, and maintaining sector organization. Key Highlights: 1. Welding robot operation and feeding 2. Low-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance 3. Inspection of finished parts and daily production reporting Responsible for feeding welding robots while ensuring optimal part positioning to avoid robot collisions and poor-quality welds; Prepare robots for operation; Remove welded assemblies and subassemblies from the machine and place them in designated locations; Report issues related to machines, part and assembly quality, material shortages, maintenance needs, programming deviations, and any other deviations affecting machine performance to the immediate supervisor; Responsible for maintaining sector cleanliness; Perform low-complexity corrective and preventive maintenance (e.g., welding wire and nozzle replacement); Inspect finished parts and report daily production; Work in accordance with company safety regulations; Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment. Desirable: Basic mechanics training and welding robot operator certification.
