




Job Summary: The professional will monitor and ensure the quality of production processes, conducting inspections, analyses, and investigations of non-conformities to support continuous improvement. Prior experience in the beverage or food industry is a plus * Monitor and ensure the quality of production processes, ensuring compliance with internal standards, technical specifications, and legal requirements; * Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, work-in-process, and finished products, verifying conformity with established standards; * Perform quality analyses, tests, and controls, recording results and tracking performance indicators (KPIs); * Investigate non-conformities, process deviations, and complaints, supporting root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions; * Develop, review, and maintain updated procedures, work instructions, and quality records; Support internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation organization and compliance with applicable standards; * Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, and PCM departments, promoting best practices and preventing quality failures; * Monitor compliance with safety, hygiene, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and quality control standards, particularly in industrial environments; * Prepare technical reports and quality indicators, contributing to continuous process improvement. Requirements: * Completed high school education; technical or higher education in Quality, Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, Production, Quality Management, or related fields is preferred; * Prior experience in quality control or assurance activities within an industrial environment; Knowledge of quality tools (5W2H, PDCA, root cause analysis, non-conformance control); * Familiarity with quality standards and systems (GMP, ISO, internal procedures); * Ability to prepare reports, manage indicators, and maintain records; * Basic to intermediate proficiency in digital tools (Excel, quality management systems); * Attention to detail, organizational skills, critical thinking, and commitment to quality and safety. * **Prior experience in the beverage or food industry will be considered a plus.** Benefits: * Meal Allowance; * Cost-of-living allowance or Transportation Benefit; * Dental Plan; * Parking; * Totalpass; * Discount on company products.
