Job Summary: An HR professional responsible for payroll processing, tax management, tax declarations, HR department routines, and employee support. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for payroll processing and tax management 2. Performs general Human Resources Department routines 3. Provides support to managers and employees REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields. Experience in payroll closing with tax calculation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Perform payroll processing and generate taxes and declarations (e-social, DCTFWEB, DIRF, etc.) Handle audits. Perform general HR department routines (hiring, termination, vacations, time tracking, etc.) Maintain departmental performance indicators. Perform payroll reconciliation. Procure benefits and manage plan enrollments. Provide support to managers and employees.
