Ensure compliance and deadline adherence **Accounting Assistant** **Summary:** Responsible for supporting the tax department in performing routine activities, verifying and organizing documents, assisting in tax calculations and tax obligations, and ensuring compliance with legal and internal deadlines. **Responsibilities:** * Record accounting entries, classifying expenses, revenues, and provisions in the system * Assist in accounting reconciliations by comparing account balances with documents and reports * Verify accounting and tax documents, validating invoices, contracts, and receipts * Organize physical and digital accounting files and documents * Support monthly accounting closing by sorting documents and verifying information * Generate simple accounting reports by extracting data from the system * Support internal and external audits by providing documents and clarifications **Education:** * Completed high school * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting is a plus. **Experience:** * Experience in roles related to this position **Technical Competencies:** * Basic knowledge of accounting * Accounting classification * Intermediate Excel proficiency * Experience with accounting ERP systems **Behavioral Competencies:** * Attention to detail * Organization * Ethics * Confidentiality Join our team: visit our job openings page Grupo Sollo and apply!
