




Description: * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields; * Generalist HR experience with focus on DHO; * Knowledge in performance evaluation, organizational climate, and training and development; * Strong data analysis skills and effective communication across different organizational levels; * Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (intermediate level is a plus); * Support leadership in implementing people management practices; * Lead and monitor performance appraisal processes, 360° evaluations, PDI, and development plans; * Conduct organizational climate, engagement, and culture surveys and projects; * Support recruitment and selection processes, internal transfers, and recognition programs; * Generate and analyze HR metrics (turnover, training, climate, etc.); * Ensure process standardization and alignment with HR policies and company values. 2511180202461816857
