Job Summary: Ensure that the development of systems, products, and interfaces provides an intuitive, functional, and visually consistent user experience. Key Highlights: 1. Collaborate with development and requirements teams to implement designs. **Purpose of the Position** Ensure that the development of systems, products, and interfaces provides an intuitive, functional, and visually consistent user experience aligned with user needs and business objectives. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Plan, create, and standardize the design of screens and visual components for internal and external company systems. * Develop prototypes and wireframes representing functionality structure and flow, ensuring alignment among business areas, technology, and end users. * Define and maintain a visual identity guide for systems, ensuring consistency across different platforms and digital products. * Apply UX/UI best practices, prioritizing clarity, ease of use, and navigation efficiency. * Collaborate with development and requirements teams by providing design guidance and overseeing screen implementation through final delivery. * Conduct usability testing and propose continuous improvements based on feedback and performance metrics. * Support innovation initiatives, contributing to the evolution of digital products and increased user satisfaction. **Requirements** * High school diploma, with certifications in technologies applicable to the field * UX Design certifications **Desirable Qualifications:** 2 to 5 years of experience in this role
