We are looking for a highly motivated **Mid-level QA Analyst** with a strong sense of quality to work throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC). The professional will be the guardian of quality, responsible for planning, designing, executing, and automating tests on our platforms, ensuring deliveries meet functional, performance, and usability requirements, while enhancing the QA team's process maturity. **Responsibilities and duties** * Define testing strategies (functional, non-functional, regression, acceptance) for new features and releases, estimating required effort and resources. * Analyze requirements and specifications (user stories, epics) to create detailed, clear, and effective test plans, cases, and scenarios. * Focus on test automation, CI/CD, integrated testing, and agile methodology. * Execute exploratory, functional, and regression tests, clearly and accurately identifying and documenting bugs. * Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for APIs (using tools such as Postman, Rest Assured) and Web/Mobile (using frameworks such as Cypress, Selenium, Playwright). * Monitor, prioritize, and track defect lifecycles, working closely with Development and Product teams. * Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g.: GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions). * Promote a quality culture within the team by proposing and implementing improvements in QA processes, tools, and methodologies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Minimum of 3 to 5 years of proven experience in Quality Assurance, performing both manual and automated testing. * Proficiency in developing automated tests using at least one of the following languages/tools: Language: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Ruby, or Java. Web/Mobile frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium. API: Postman, Rest Assured, or equivalent tools. * Solid knowledge of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and related QA practices. * Experience with test case and defect management tools (e.g.: Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail). * Ability to write intermediate/advanced SQL queries for backend data validation. * Excellent interpersonal communication skills to interact with developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders, facilitating information exchange and alignment on quality. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** ----------------- * Experience in performance testing (e.g.: JMeter, LoadRunner) and security testing. * Knowledge of testing in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). * Recognized certifications in the field (e.g.: ISTQB Advanced Level). * Prior experience creating a test automation framework from scratch (Test Automation Framework). **Additional information** WHAT WE OFFER: * Young, collaborative environment focused on innovation. * Opportunities for continuous learning and career growth within the company. * Competitive compensation.
