We're looking for an **Intern in Processes and CRM** to join us on this journey! **What you'll do here:** * Assist in data analysis and mapping internal processes of B2B clients. * Support customization and testing of the AgFlow tool and Ploomes CRM. * Contribute to project organization using agile methodologies (Scrum). * Participate in alignment meetings with clients, collaborating with suggestions and proposed solutions. * Document processes and system updates clearly and systematically. **What we expect from you:** * **Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:** Production Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration with emphasis on Systems or Data Analysis. * Interest and basic knowledge in **programming** (JavaScript, Python) and **databases**. * Familiarity with tools such as **Postman**, **Insomnia**, and **GitHub Project**. * Strong **communication**, **organization**, and **time management** skills. * Collaborative profile, with **proactivity**, **critical thinking**, and willingness to learn. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum) and process methodologies such as BPMN or similar will be a plus.
