We support those who wish to grow with us—responsibly, creatively, and passionately. **If you fit this profile, come build the future with us.** **Job Mission:** Responsible for coordinating activities related to airport operations (airfield and apron, terminal buildings, services, and firefighting equipment), safety, and advising on procedures and regulations, aiming to guarantee full operational functionality within their unit of operation, as well as compliance with aviation regulatory legislation and standards. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and validate the development of operational and safety regulations and procedures for the apron and terminal building within their unit of operation; * Propose improvements to processes, workflows, and operational procedures; * Monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs); * Prepare technical and managerial reports on operations; * Monitor daily airport operations (landings, takeoffs, boarding, deplaning, and connections), aiming to verify and analyze peak-hour schedules; * Participate in operational decision-making under both normal and contingency situations; * Develop and monitor airport operational statistics; * Monitor services provided by contracted companies supporting operational activities (ramp service, bus driving, sound systems, etc.), evaluating their efficiency and ensuring compliance with pre-established standards; * Conduct Airport Emergency Simulation Exercises (ESEA) and other exercises, trainings, and activities related to the Operations area, ensuring adherence to established procedures; * Ensure compliance with operational safety procedures (SGSO); * Prevent aircraft and operational incidents and accidents; * Coordinate responses to airport emergencies according to the Emergency Plan (PLEM); * Monitor investigations and follow-up actions arising from operational occurrences; * Ensure compliance with civil aviation regulations, regulatory bodies’ requirements, and public authorities’ directives; * Monitor audits, inspections, and operational oversight activities; * Implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions arising from identified non-conformities; * Maintain continuous contact with public agencies stationed at the airport—including customs, health, maritime police, air police, and foreign police—that impact traffic and safety activities, safeguarding the application of norms and resolutions issued by such agencies; * Monitor procurement processes—including drafting and publishing tender notices, invitations, supplier selection and registration—following the process through to conclusion to facilitate contracting of services and acquisition of materials aligned with the Company’s objectives and needs; * Ensure team training and development needs, considering implemented actions and desired outcomes, while monitoring trends derived from the Annual Training Plan; * Contribute to implementing the optimal organizational structure within their area of operation, assessing personnel movement and resizing needs per department, identifying and evaluating routines, workflows, administrative systems, and proposing solutions to rationalize and optimize performed tasks; * Maintain activities compliant with requirements stipulated in Subpart D of RBAC 153; * Advise the aerodrome manager on hazard identification, risk analysis, and risk management; * Propose actions to eliminate or mitigate risks associated with identified hazards, and execute actions guaranteeing the safety of air and airport operations. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor’s degree (aeronautical sciences, aerospace engineering, or equivalent fields preferred); * Airport experience; * Intermediate English proficiency; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Power BI is a plus. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** Team Management, Regulations and Standards, Excel ### **Benefits:** Transportation Allowance, Health Insurance Plan, Dental Insurance Plan, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher, Profit Sharing (PLR), Childcare Assistance, SGD, Parking (subject to consultation), Private Pension Plan, Wellhub \- formerly Gympass, Extended Maternity Leave, Extended Paternity Leave ### **Department:** Uberlândia Airport
