Equipment maintenance and material mixing We are hiring a **Construction Laborer** to work on construction sites, assisting in general civil construction activities. Job Description: \* Assist masons, carpenters, and heavy equipment operators. \* Load and unload construction materials. \* Prepare construction sites and clean work areas. \* Perform minor equipment maintenance. \* Clean machinery and tools. \* Excavate trenches and pits, cut grooves in floors and walls, and remove soil, plaster, and mortar. \* Mix cement, sand, water, gravel, and other materials manually or mechanically to produce concrete or mortar. \* Ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS). Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$1\.743,50 \- R$1\.743,51 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * 6 months (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
