




We are looking for an **Administrative / HR Assistant** to support administrative and Human Resources routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and smooth internal operations. **Responsibilities** * Organize files, documents, and spreadsheets. * Fill out forms, perform data entry, and draft communications. * Carry out administrative tasks and support office information flow. * Manage calendars, correspondence, access permissions, and supplies. * Assist in HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, time tracking, benefits, vacations, leaves, and reviewing outsourced payroll. * Keep employee records and documents up to date (contracts, dependents, probation periods, PCMSO, CIPA, etc.). * Prepare liability agreements (vehicles, cell phones, tools). * Support recruitment and selection activities. * Receive visitors and answer calls, assisting the front desk. **Requirements** * High school diploma; preferably pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Administration, HR, or related fields. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in the role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong organizational, communication skills, and attention to detail. * Workload: 44 hours per week. **What we offer** * Dental plan * Medical plan * Transportation allowance or cost subsidy * Basic food basket Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: starting at BRL 2,200.00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Fuel allowance * Basic food basket * Profit sharing * Life insurance * Transportation voucher
