Thus, we produce high-value-added solid and liquid organomineral fertilizers, as well as biological inputs, in factories located at sugarcane ethanol plant sites. **JOB MISSION** This role is responsible for operationalizing the finished product dispatch process, ensuring loading of bulk bags and sacks onto trucks according to the company's quality and control standards. **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Unload raw materials, collecting samples for submission to Quality Control. * Monitor formulation dosing and mixing, ensuring no leaks or contamination occur. * Package finished products according to predefined packaging (bulk bag or sack), storing them in designated locations in an organized manner. * Apply labels to packages during the packaging process, sampling the finished product and recording the temperature of the packaged product. * Load finished products onto trucks according to loading orders, verifying batch numbers and product quality, while maintaining cargo organization and package integrity inside the vehicle. * Perform periodic cleaning of forklifts, ensuring proper equipment maintenance. * Conduct daily forklift checklists and request maintenance services when necessary for optimal functioning of the area, reporting to the immediate supervisor. * Follow company safety regulations, using appropriate PPE to ensure personal and coworker safety. * Operate lifting equipment and forklifts. * Clean equipment upon request by the immediate supervisor. * Perform duties pertinent to the position as requested by management. **PROFESSIONAL PROFILE*****Requirements*** * Completed elementary education * Minimum of 6 months of industrial experience ***Preferred Qualification*** * Experience in fertilizer manufacturing industries ***Skills*** * Communication and proactivity * Forklift operation * Commitment and engagement * Organization Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:30–11:00 / 12:10–16:00 (1st Shift) Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.400,00 – R$2.600,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Food basket * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Experience: * Fertilizer industry?
