Job Summary: We are seeking a Software Developer to create, evolve, and maintain digital platforms offering multiple solutions, performing end-to-end development in a microservices environment. Development in Python and/or Java with AWS and GitLab CI/CD **Our Purpose:** The Magna is a mutual property protection association focused on providing vehicle protection for cars and motorcycles. It is composed of a group of individuals who join together to share the costs of potential incidents involving registered vehicles. If an association member experiences an incident, the associated costs are distributed among all members according to the rules established by the association. Currently, Magna operates multiple regional branches across the states of Minas Gerais, Goiás, and São Paulo, with its headquarters located in Uberlândia\-MG. With over 13 years of operation, Magna has tens of thousands of members nationwide. We aim to grow sustainably without compromising ethics, empathy, or quality in every interaction. **About the Role:** We are looking for a Software Developer to create, evolve, and maintain digital platforms offering multiple solutions. This professional will perform end\-to\-end development—from back\-end to front\-end—within a microservices environment, emphasizing scalability, security, and coding best practices. **Responsibilities:** Develop and maintain back\-end applications in Python or Java; Develop front\-end components integrated with the platform's APIs; Build and maintain microservices; Integrate internal and external APIs (with publicly available documentation); Manage code versioning using GitLab; Perform deployments via GitLab CI/CD; Ensure application quality, performance, and security; Work in environments hosted on AWS; Support product evolution with a focus on scalability and reusability across multiple clients. **Technical Requirements:** * Experience with Python and/or Java; * Experience in both front\-end and back\-end development; * Knowledge of microservices architecture; * Experience with AWS; * Use of GitLab as a repository and deployment tool; * Consumption and integration of documented APIs; * Adherence to best practices in version control, code organization, and security. **100% IN-PERSON (FULL-TIME CLT)** **MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 8:00 AM TO 6:00 PM** Job Type: Full-time, Full-time CLT Compensation: R$0,01 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Education allowance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Please state your salary expectation.
