Join us in our mission to serve life with excellence! **Technical Skills:** * Bachelor's degree in Biomedicine **Responsibilities:** * Perform and release tests in the field of clinical laboratory analysis. * Operate and validate laboratory equipment accurately and safely; * Execute and evaluate quality controls, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions; * Interpret and validate laboratory test results; * Communicate clearly with physicians, patients, and team members; * Prepare technical reports, non-conformity records, and action plans; * Train and provide technical guidance to the team; * Plan and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines; * Work in compliance with operational procedures and internal standards; * Apply critical and scientific reasoning in decision-making; **Desirable:** * Experience with Quality Management Systems; * Operational knowledge of Shift LIS and Shift Automation systems. * Technical and operational knowledge of Roche equipment. **Mandatory:** * Registration with CRBM
