Job Summary:
Train drivers in economical and defensive driving techniques, serving as a behavioral role model and support point in driver management.

**Requirements:**
\* Completed Technical Education
\* Brazilian National Driver's License - Category E
\* MOPP Course (Hazardous Materials Transportation)
\* Prior experience in this role is desirable
**Responsibilities:**
\* Conduct operational on-site training for the company's fleet drivers, enhancing their skills in proper vehicle operation (economical and defensive driving) and internal/external procedures (including client requirements), aiming to improve drivers' daily practices.
\* Serve as an exemplary model of conduct and best practices in heavy vehicle driving for the driver team, thereby being perceived by peers as a reference in this activity.
\* Act as a support point for the Driver Management area regarding processes and interpersonal relationships, directly correcting attitudes and behaviors, and/or reporting potential issues, difficulties, non-standard procedures, or staff deserving recognition to leadership.
\* Focus on improving the fleet's average fuel consumption performance, based on analysis provided by Instructor II, performing on-site support and guidance activities for drivers.
