We are seeking a professional to serve as the **Premium and Digital Cell Supervisor**, responsible for ensuring excellence in managing accounting, tax, and payroll routines, leading teams, and strengthening relationships with strategic clients. This professional will directly analyze client accounting performance, identify risks, and propose improvements, ensuring compliance, quality, and efficiency in processes. ### **Responsibilities and Duties** * Identify results achieved in client accounting operations and analyze opportunities for improvement, advising on risks and compliance requirements. * Conduct and ensure staff training, as well as development and monitoring of Individual Development Plans (IDPs). * Manage the team’s operational planning, ensuring adherence to deadlines and client requirements. * Monitor deliverables and departmental obligations, identifying bottlenecks and redistributing tasks when necessary. * Supervise communication and client service, ensuring prompt responses and effective solutions. * Optimize internal processes by identifying failures and implementing corrective actions. * Lead alignment meetings with clients to address operational issues and scheduling. * Support recruitment and selection of new staff, as well as initial integration (onboarding). * Monitor and report the team’s operational performance to coordination.
