With courage and dedication, we have established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations, creating diverse solutions across Brazil through the six companies that make up our Group, positioning us as one of the best and largest logistics groups in the country and a reference in the sector. **Responsibilities and duties** * Check loads during vehicle loading and/or unloading, grouping items, verifying volume quantities and cargo integrity; * Evaluate, identify and label goods; * Receive reports of incidents from the previous day, including missing or lost documents and goods, verify causes and seek guidance for appropriate actions; * Locate goods and assess conditions of cargo arriving from other locations that do not meet established packaging standards; * Guide Transportation Assistants and Associates in cargo loading, unloading and arrangement within the vehicle; * Be responsible for validating and releasing the vehicle upon completion of loading; * Ensure cargo connections according to planning. **Requirements and qualifications** * Incomplete high school education; * Experience in cargo arrangement; * Experience in goods inspection (a differentiator); * Experience as a transportation assistant (a differentiator); * Availability to work night shifts; * Own transportation desirable (bus routes do not serve the region at the end of working hours). **Additional information** * Monthly productivity bonus * Additional evening shift incentive payment * Paid overtime * Meal allowance * Gympass * Medical plan (after trial period) * Dental plan (after trial period) * Pharmaceutical benefit (after trial period) * Results and rewards program (annual bonus) Here, we create paths to reach our dreams.
