Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and organized professional with strong Business Intelligence expertise to develop dashboards and management reports, transforming data into strategic information. Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis We seek an analytical and organized professional with strong Business Intelligence knowledge to develop dashboards and management reports, transforming data into strategic information to support industrial decision-making. Main Responsibilities * Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI; * Create managerial and operational indicators (KPIs) for performance tracking; * Collect, process, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sources (ERP, spreadsheets, databases, and internal systems); * Automate reports and data analysis processes; * Design dashboards tailored for departments such as Production, Costs, PCP, Logistics, Quality, and Executive Management; * Ensure reliability and timeliness of presented information; * Conduct strategic analyses and prepare executive presentations; * Identify improvement opportunities through data and operational performance analysis; * Support continuous improvement and industrial digitalization initiatives. Requirements * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, Data Science, or related fields; * Experience developing dashboards in Power BI; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Strong knowledge of data modeling and indicators; * Familiarity with ERP systems and databases; * Analytical, proactive, and results-oriented profile. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge of SQL, DAX, and Power Query; * Industrial sector experience; * Experience with industrial indicators (OEE, productivity, losses, efficiency, and costs); * Knowledge of report automation and data integration.
