Job Summary: Responsible for operational order management, processing, classification, pickup coordination, and cargo standardization, ensuring compliance and logistical optimization. Space optimization and reduction of logistics costs through dimensional weight calculation **Responsibilities**: * Responsible for operational order management from receipt to dispatch, ensuring documentary compliance, traceability, and adherence to logistical deadlines. * Processes and classifies received orders during scheduled shifts, validating documentation and authorized carriers. Coordinates and schedules pickups within established deadlines, ensuring alignment with the pickup schedule and logistical partners. * Standardizes and assembles cargo according to technical specifications, ensuring structural integrity for transportation. Also responsible for correct labeling, carrier registration and updates, ensuring traceability via barcodes or QR codes. **Requirements**: * Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in logistics, with hands-on involvement in operational routines related to transportation and dispatch. * Knowledge of vehicle models and suitability of pickup profiles based on volume, weight, and cargo characteristics. * Proficiency in dimensional weight concepts for space optimization and logistics cost reduction. * Experience in pickup planning and scheduling, ensuring deadline compliance and operational efficiency. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills for data control, organization, and analysis. * Power BI knowledge for monitoring KPIs, performance analysis, and generating managerial reports. **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM **Salary**: R$3.200,00 **Benefits**: Meal/Voucher Allowance, Transportation Voucher, Medical and Dental Plans, Life Insurance, Day-off, Gympass, Pharmacy Plan, Sólides Academy, Tangará Club Plan, among others. **Locations**: We have two units in Uberlândia; work will be conducted at the following addresses: * BR 365, KM 622, Leste Business Park (Exit toward Patrocínio) * Rua Giuseppe Urani 111, Industrial District (North Ring Road)
