Engage, guide, and provide continuous support to sales representatives **Industry**: Auto Parts We are seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead, develop, and oversee our sales team, ensuring high performance and achievement of results. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor and manage each sales representative’s client portfolio (active and inactive); * Track goals and campaigns, holding the team accountable, providing motivation, and offering support to achieve objectives; * Manage multiple priorities while keeping the team focused and productive; * Engage, develop, and guide sales representatives, providing continuous support and constructive feedback; * Monitor individual and team performance, ensuring goal and task completion; * Proactively address routine sales team activities. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2.700,00 + commission + meal allowance + medical plan + dental plan + transportation allowance.
