**Job Description \- External Recruitment**
We are seeking a professional to manage access to the manufacturing facility, ensuring the safety of people, vehicles, and materials, as well as compliance with internal procedures.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Control access for pedestrians, visitors, employees, third parties, and service providers, performing registration verifications and recording entries and exits.
* Direct visitors, suppliers, and service providers to appropriate departments (Administration, HR, Warehouse, etc.) per internal procedures.
* Monitor entry and exit of third-party and freelance workers, tracking their presence outside the factory and reporting to management when necessary.
* Record administrative fleet vehicle entry and exit in an information system, conducting inspections where applicable.
* Notify internal departments about visits and provide emergency action plan (EAP) briefings to visitors and integrators.
* Control company material and access key entry and exit, only upon request from authorized personnel.
* Maintain updated registrations in the Ronda Acesso system, ensuring standardization, organization, and complete photographic records.
* Schedule and coordinate taxi dispatches.
**Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proficiency in computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Good typing speed
* Availability to work on a rotating 6x2 schedule \- 2:30 PM to 10:30 PM (rotating days off).
* Public-facing experience is considered a plus
