Job Summary: A professional responsible for real-time fleet monitoring, delivery management, and route optimization, addressing operational disruptions and technical issues to ensure logistical efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Real-time fleet monitoring with GPS and telematics. 2. Proactive communication and resolution of logistical issues. 3. Performance data analysis and route optimization. #### **Responsibilities** * Monitor the vehicle fleet in real time using GPS tracking and telematics systems. * Identify and report route deviations, delays, unscheduled stops, and other delivery anomalies. * Proactively communicate with drivers, logistics teams, and customers to resolve incidents occurring during transportation. * Generate daily and weekly route performance reports, including KPIs such as transit time, on-time delivery, and fuel consumption. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to vehicle tracking and communication equipment. * Maintain the monitoring system with up-to-date information on vehicles, drivers, and planned routes. #### **Requirements** * Ability to interpret digital maps, plan routes, and optimize trajectories. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, for data analysis and presentation. * Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions in critical situations. * Basic knowledge of maintenance for vehicle communication and tracking equipment. * Technical or higher education degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, or related fields. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Transportation Voucher, Food Basket, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, TotalPass, Life Insurance ### **Department:** Administrative
