Involved in planning, monitoring, and analyzing results; supporting strategic decision-making; budgetary control; and continuous process improvement — guaranteeing compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and internal controls, as well as leading and developing the department’s team. **Main Responsibilities** * Strategic management of **cash flow**, working capital, and financial forecasting * Consolidation and analysis of **financial, economic, and operational indicators** * Management of financial systems, bank reconciliations, and data integration * Direct support to the executive board and senior leadership in strategic decisions * Structuring and governance of the **chart of accounts** * Preparation, analysis, and presentation of **DRE — Statement of Income**, **Balance Sheet**, and managerial reports * Ensuring compliance with **current accounting standards** * Interface with external accounting firms, audits, and consulting services * Performance, profitability, and operational efficiency analysis * Developing and implementing a budget-oriented culture, coordinating annual budget preparation and periodic reviews * Monitoring planned versus actual budget execution, anticipating potential variances and preventing annual budget overruns * Leadership of the tax department with **in-depth knowledge of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation** * Ensuring **tax compliance** and risk mitigation * Monitoring tax calculations, ancillary obligations, and tax inspections * Structuring and continuously improving **tax processes and internal controls** **Expected Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in **Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields** * Strong experience in **controller functions** (accounting and tax), with broad financial vision, ensuring payments processed by Finance are correctly recorded in the Controller Department * Strategic, analytical, and results-oriented profile * Ability to structure processes, metrics, and governance frameworks * Executive communication skills for interaction with the executive board and stakeholders * Proficiency in ERP and BI tools. Advanced skills in management systems and tools such as Power BI and Advanced Excel, to integrate cash flow data with budgeting * Ability to prepare budgets and forecasts, constantly comparing planned versus actual results **Behavioral Competencies** * Analytical and detail-oriented profile: must be able to identify cent-level discrepancies in bank reconciliations, while also understanding their impact on net profit at month-end * Assertive communication: translating “finance-speak” for other departments, enforcing budget compliance without causing conflict * Resilience and adaptability: finance departments operate under strict deadlines (month-end closings) and unexpected cash flow events; the coordinator must remain calm under pressure * Educational leadership: given the distinct nature of departments, the coordinator must guide the finance team to consider accounting impacts and the controller team to understand cash flow dynamics **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **logistics, transportation, or high-complexity operations companies** * Experience in environments undergoing **growth, professionalization, or restructuring** **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** Uberlândia, MG, BR PJ Contractor On-site
