Job Summary:
The professional will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, and storing materials, as well as performing administrative tasks, public customer service, and document control.

Receive and inspect materials delivered to the warehouse, arrange for their storage in compliance with technical specifications regarding temperature, humidity, stacking methods, and stacking limits; distribute materials according to computerized requisition requests based on pre\-defined quotas per department; and monitor daily material inflow and outflow using an information system, including inspection of material expiration dates.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform general administrative tasks across various departments of the institution, including: administrative support, typing work, issuing and completing documents, forms, various controls, and organizing and updating files;
* Verify documentation and invoices, provide public customer service, receive and dispatch correspondence, invoices, and other items;
* Receive and dispatch general correspondence, properly registered to ensure traceability;
* Answer telephone calls, provide various clarifications, and receive visitors seeking the department;
* Distribute received correspondence to recipients or file it within the department;
* Maintain the department’s filing system, updated and organized by subject, chronologically, or alphabetically, to facilitate document retrieval upon request;
* Arrange document reproduction (photocopying), message transmission via fax, e\-mail, postal mail, and other departmental services;
* Type official letters, memoranda, correspondence, texts, etc., issued by the department, based on received drafts or existing templates;
* Populate databases with various data related to the department’s scope of work;
* Control and prepare consumables requisitions and maintenance requisitions to meet departmental needs;
* Perform other duties as required or at the supervisor’s discretion.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education;
* Computer literacy \- User level;
* Prior experience in this role is desirable.

**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 07:12 a.m. to 4:48 p.m.

**About UAIs**
Uberlândia Municipal Integrated Care Units (UAIs) offer comprehensive health services, significantly contributing to preventive and curative actions for users of Brazil’s Unified Health System (SUS), operating dynamically in accordance with the needs of the Municipal Health Secretariat (SMS) to serve the population of Uberlândia/MG.
SPDM \- Paulista Association for the Development of Medicine assumed management of Uberlândia Municipal Integrated Care Units (UAIs) on June 1, 2018, pursuing excellence in public health services and commitment to SUS principles.
Accordingly, SPDM’s operational and health care activities across Uberlândia’s three health service sectors — Central\-North and West Sectors — are divided into six categories totaling forty\-nine (49) physical units, namely:
