We are seeking a **Commercial Supervisor** to strategically engage with industrial customers, contributing technical solutions, market development, and partnership strengthening in the fertilizer segment.

**Main Responsibilities**
* Manage the industrial customer portfolio (blenders and granulators).
* Conduct technical and commercial visits to industrial plants.
* Diagnose production processes and identify improvement opportunities.
* Propose technical solutions using additives for fertilizers.
* Monitor industrial trials and plant validations.
* Prepare commercial proposals and lead negotiations.
* Track performance indicators (sales, margin, and customer retention).
* Act as the liaison between customers and technical, logistics, and R&D departments.
* Support the installation of equipment and application systems.
* Develop new markets and prospect customers.
**Mandatory Requirements**
* Proven experience with fertilizer manufacturing plants, especially with:
+ Blenders (blending);
+ Granulators;
+ Liquid and solid application systems.
* Technical knowledge of:
+ Industrial fertilizer production processes;
+ Additives (anti-dust agents, coating agents, NBPT, liquid micronutrients, among others).
* Technical and commercial communication skills.
* Analytical profile, focused on identifying bottlenecks and opportunities.
* Willingness to travel frequently.
* Valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B).
**Desirable Requirements**
* Degree in Agronomic Engineering, Chemistry, Production Engineering, or related fields.
* Experience in industrial B2B negotiation.
* Knowledge of commercial KPIs and CRM usage.
* Experience in continuous improvement projects.
* Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain.
