Job Summary:
We are seeking a professional to monitor apprentices' professional performance, deliver classes on human and professional development, and support pedagogical activities.

We seek a candidate with a degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or Social Work. Experience teaching adolescents and young people, or involvement in Professional Education activities, is a plus.
Schedule:
7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (2-hour lunch break)
40 hours per week
Requirements:
Proficiency in computer applications;
Strong communication skills and ability to lead groups;
Genuine affinity and interest in working with adolescents and young people;
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Main Responsibilities:
Monitor apprentices' professional performance throughout the apprenticeship contract, maintaining collaborative communication with partner companies;
Deliver classes to apprentice youth in Theoretical Apprenticeship, covering topics in human and professional development;
Support and collaborate in pedagogical activities of the Apprenticeship Program.
Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT
Compensation: Starting at R$2.400,00 per month
