Team development and training We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to fill a permanent position in Uberlândia \- MG **Responsibilities** Supervise and execute activities with the following responsibilities/demands (common to Urban Distribution, Logistics Support, Push, and Pull operations): * Manage all vehicle and equipment management activities at the unit; * Ensure compliance of operational resources (drivers, vehicles, and equipment); * Ensure availability, maintenance (preventive and corrective), and preservation of company vehicles/equipment; * Administer revenues and costs related to fleet management and documentation; * Develop and ensure maintenance providers compatible with company and client requirements; * Monitor behavioral and technical maintenance and drivability indicators for vehicles and equipment; * Client relationship management; * Ensure team motivation, training, and development for the fleet team; **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree (mandatory) * Leadership experience: 1–2 years (preferred) * Experience in logistics/transportation sector (preferred) * Driver’s license category B or AB (mandatory) * Microsoft Office suite proficiency (mandatory) * Flexible working hours \* **Benefits:** * Meal allowance: R$30.00 per working day * Health insurance (Plamedh) * Dental insurance (Uniodonto) * TotalPass (gym membership) * Transportation allowance Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Starting from R$3\.900,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
