Key responsibilities include: * Daily updating of sales figures by day and by week in reports; * **Management of adhesion agreements**: identifying and forwarding missing adhesion agreements to the Billing department to ensure legal process compliance; * **Updating the sales ranking database**: consolidating executive performance data for performance monitoring; * **Equipment dispatch**: packing and shipping equipment to new sales representatives and supervisors in other cities, and ensuring equipment return from inactive employees; * **Opening A.R. and Reverse Logistics tickets**: creating tickets in the Ellevo platform for the Facilities department, generating A.R. and Reverse Logistics requests for equipment dispatch and receipt for supervisors and sales executives; * **Updating the commercial team database**: maintaining the commercial team spreadsheet updated according to supervisor inputs, executive data, and employee onboarding/offboarding; * **Monitoring and handling Service Orders (OSs)**: daily monitoring and handling of OSs opened by Customer Service for the PAP (door-to-door) channel; * **Coordination with the Marketing department**: liaising with Marketing for distribution of brochures, business cards, and uniforms; * **Backlog tracking by pending items**: analyzing and notifying executives about sales stuck in backlog due to pending issues, and attempting resolution based on root cause. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Enrolled from the 4th semester onward in Administration, Economics, or Engineering; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
