Job Summary: Work as a Senior Systems Analyst responsible for implementation, maintenance, and support of the Senior system in the HR/DP module, as well as supporting integrations and updates. Single point of contact with Senior Sistemas and support for integrations **Senior Systems Analyst** **Job Responsibilities:** * Implementation and maintenance of the Senior system in the HR/DP module. * Responsible for user assistance and support for Senior systems used by HR and DP departments, performing analyses, proposing improvements, and developing reports. * Serve as the single point of contact with Senior Sistemas, support integrations with other systems, and monitor implementation and version update processes. **Job Requirements:** * Advanced knowledge of the Senior system \- HR/DP module. * Proven experience with Senior Sistemas modules such as Ronda X, HCM, Medicine and Safety, Access, among others, including configuration, maintenance, and support. * Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems. * Familiarity with Oracle Database. * Knowledge of JAVA, Javascript, and PL/SQL. * Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication. * Fully on-site position. **Benefits:** * Health insurance / Dental insurance * Partnerships with multiple institutions for discounts * Meal allowance * Monthly kit of Start Química products * Free parking / Transportation allowance.
