RESPONSIBILITIES
Unload raw materials and collect samples for submission to Quality Control;
Monitor the compost drying process and withdraw samples for moisture content analysis;
Monitor formulation dosing and mixing, ensuring no leaks or contamination occur;
Package finished products according to predefined packaging specifications (bulk bags or sacks), storing them in designated locations in an organized manner;
Apply labels to packages during the packaging process, perform sampling of finished products, and record the temperature of packaged products;
Load finished products manually or using an overhead crane;
Request maintenance services when necessary to ensure optimal operation of the assigned area, reporting to the immediate supervisor;
Comply with company safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) to ensure personal safety and that of coworkers;
Operate lifting equipment and forklifts;
Perform equipment cleaning upon request from the immediate supervisor;
Carry out other duties relevant to the position as directed by management.
PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
Requirements
Completed primary education
Minimum of 6 months of industrial experience
