Senior Implementation Analyst

Job Summary: The Implementation Analyst will work on projects for new clients and existing clients, focusing on the implementation of management platforms and integrations, ensuring client success and satisfaction. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Low-Touch implementations and act in a consultative capacity 2. Perform system configurations and guide integration testing 3. Develop and manage implementation schedules The Implementation Analyst will work on implementation projects for new clients and existing clients who have acquired new products or services, including: management platform and expense reporting (web \+ app), system integrations, digital account \+ Espresso cards. Implementation project activities include: client onboarding, process qualification, configuration of usage and integration parameters, and training for administrators and end users, among other tasks required to set up the tool. **Responsibilities:** * Lead Low-Touch implementation processes, with or without integrations; * Actively and consultatively execute the implementation process; * Configure the Espresso system in sandbox and production accounts (SaaS); * Configure the Barista system; * Guide integration testing with the client; * Conduct implementations remotely and on-site, as requested; * Support clients undergoing implementation via phone, e\-mail, and internal company systems; * Collaborate with clients to configure and train on Espresso, delivering outcomes that exceed expectations and ensure delight; * Identify and document potential software improvements to support continuous product and customer experience enhancement; * Accurately record scope details for each client's configurations and integrations, maintaining accessible history for the CSM and Customer Service teams, and attach records to the client’s profile on the Ploomes platform. * Design, plan, and execute ongoing client training programs to promote better product usage. * Define the configuration scope for each implemented client’s account and attach it to the client’s profile on the Ploomes platform. * Develop and manage implementation schedules. **Benefits** * Vitta Health Insurance * Unimed Seguros Health Insurance * Metlife Dental Insurance * Gympass * Meal/Voucher Allowance * Mobility Allowance * Onsite Massage * Life Insurance * Birthday Day Off * Pet Insurance Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Selection Question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
