Communicative profile with initiative Position for **SDR / Commercial Pre-Sales in Uberlândia–MG** **Main Responsibilities:** * Conduct active prospecting of new clients for the language school; * Contact leads by phone, online, or in person; * Schedule visits for interested prospects to learn about the school's methodology; * Support administrative tasks related to the commercial area; * Maintain records of contacts and follow-ups performed; * Contribute to achieving the unit’s scheduling and conversion targets. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in sales, prospecting, or SDR roles; * Commercial, communicative, and proactive profile; * Interest in professional development and growth within the commercial area; * Strong customer interaction skills and ability to initiate proactive outreach; * Availability for on-site work. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary: R$ 1\.621,00 * Bonus of R$ 7.00 per scheduled appointment (no cap — scheduled = earned!!) * Transportation allowance * Meal voucher of R$ 150.00 * TotalPass * Co-payment health plans (optional) * 100% tuition scholarship for language courses after probation period (material fee only) **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 7:40 AM to 4:40 PM (1-hour lunch break) * Saturday: 7:40 AM to 11:40 AM **On-site work at the Santa Mônica neighborhood unit – Uberlândia/MG**, with occasional support possible at the downtown unit.
