Contributes to continuous process improvement Position Summary: The **Operations Assistant** supports the operational routines of the Operations/Customer Service department, ensuring that orders, deliveries, and logistics processes are executed swiftly, accurately, and in accordance with the company’s established quality standards. This role is responsible for supporting the commercial and operations teams, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to deadlines and internal procedures. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist the Operations Leader with administrative and operational routines of the department; * Monitor orders, deliveries, invoicing, and returns in coordination with relevant departments; * Control and update spreadsheets and systems with information regarding order status and service performance indicators; * Facilitate communication among customers, the commercial team, logistics, and production, ensuring proper information flow; * Address incidents and non-conformities by proposing prompt and effective solutions; * Support adherence to departmental deadlines and performance targets; * Contribute to continuous improvement of operational and customer service processes. **Key Requirements:** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Logistics, Business Management, or related fields are desirable); * Prior experience in administrative, operational, or customer service routines; * Familiarity with ERP systems and electronic spreadsheets (intermediate Excel); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of urgency; * English language proficiency (speaking, reading, and/or writing) is desirable; * Results- and customer-oriented mindset; * Teamwork capability; * Attention to detail and data accuracy; * Proactivity and agility in task execution. **Compensation and Benefits:** Compensation: R$1\.944,34 \+ 5% Productivity Bonus Benefits: Transportation allowance; Flexible meal/food allowance, Health and dental insurance plans, and other benefits as per company policy.
