Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and communicative intern to support architectural project analysis and validation, ensuring product alignment with market needs, and monitoring all phases of the development project. If this profile resonates with you, take a look at what we have to offer! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze massing studies and architectural projects, ensuring product alignment with market demands and target audience. * Support product validation with regional teams, including feasibility comparisons and budget estimates. * Prepare and organize product documentation (specifications, technical assumptions, floor plans, and budgets). * Verify information prior to release to Legalization and Commercial departments. * Monitor complementary projects, commercial imagery, and suppliers. * Manage payment workflows and provide administrative support to the department. * Ensure fidelity of the sold product through finish validation, floor plan verification, and construction site monitoring. * Support procurement processes and implementation of common areas until handover to the condominium. * Participate in developing new spaces, improvements, and product standardization. * Monitor departmental KPIs and support the team according to leadership requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in Architecture and Urbanism, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design; * Requirement: Must be in at least the 7th semester of undergraduate studies; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite; * Availability to complete a 6-hour daily internship; * Must reside in Uberlândia\-MG. **The moment to look toward the new.
