Collaborative work with finance and commercial departments **Job Objective** ---------------------- Manage the portfolio of delinquent customers who have already committed to payment, conducting proactive, humanized outreach focused on negotiation, relationship maintenance, and recovery of outstanding amounts. The professional will be responsible for implementing strategic approaches, seeking to understand the customer's context and proposing solutions that facilitate debt regularization. **Requirements** -------------- * Completed high school education (higher education in progress in Administration, Financial Management, or related fields is desirable). * Prior experience in collections, customer service, or negotiation. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and management systems. **Key Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Conduct proactive outreach to customers with outstanding payment commitments. * Conduct negotiations clearly, courteously, and in a humanized manner. * Identify reasons for delinquency and propose alternatives for regularization. * Record negotiation information and history in the company's system. * Monitor agreed-upon terms, ensuring adherence to payment deadlines. * Reinforce commitments made by customers and act on recovery of overdue amounts. * Maintain assertive communication while preserving the customer relationship. * Collaborate with finance and commercial departments to resolve pending issues. * Support organization of the collections portfolio and prioritization of outreach efforts. **Behavioral Competencies** -------------------------------- * Clear and empathetic communication * Negotiation skills * Emotional intelligence * Ability to build customer relationships * Organization and discipline in monitoring agreements * Resilience in negotiation situations **Work Schedule and Hours** -------------------------------- * 5x2 schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. **Base Salary** ---------------- * R$ 2\.500,00 \+ Performance bonus potential. ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Gympass, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance ### **Department:** Commercial
