Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing interior and exterior painting, preparing surfaces, executing touch-ups, applying various types of paint, and maintaining structures, while ensuring safety and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Interior and exterior painting on various surfaces of the facility. 2. Surface preparation and touch-ups for paint application. 3. Maintenance of structures through painting or varnishing. Perform interior and exterior painting on walls, ceilings, doors, grilles, columns, and other surfaces of the facility. Prepare surfaces for painting (scraping, sanding, applying filler, sealer, primer, preparatory base coat, etc.). Execute paint touch-ups in areas damaged by infiltration, impact, or renovation. Paint stripes, ground demarcations, and signage in parking and access areas. Apply different types of paint (latex, enamel, epoxy, varnish, texture, grafiato, etc.) as required. Maintain and preserve handrails, guardrails, metal frames, and wooden structures through painting or varnishing. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the work area, protecting floors, furniture, and equipment before painting. Safely operate painting equipment (roller, brush, spray gun, compressor). Respond to corrective service requests and perform preventive maintenance related to building painting. Support the maintenance team in related civil works (minor masonry, plaster, drywall repairs, etc.). Comply with occupational safety regulations, PPE usage requirements, and shopping center procedures.
