Resolve critical, highly complex problems in production environments **JOB DESCRIPTION** We are looking for someone to help us build the future—contributing to system evolution and maintenance with a focus on continuous delivery and quality. The Senior FullStack Developer defines complete architectures, masters multiple stacks, solves complex problems, implements scalable solutions, and guides the entire technical team. Your work will directly impact production, delivery quality, and team predictability. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** * Define and evolve complete architectures for complex systems, ensuring scalability, resilience, and alignment with business objectives. * Participate in technical decision-making, evaluating architectural trade\-offs and production risks. * Technically lead the team, promoting development best practices, code reviews, and mentoring. * Resolve critical, highly complex problems in production environments—especially in legacy systems and sensitive integrations. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **Mandatory** * Strong expertise in Java and distributed systems architecture. * Advanced knowledge of Oracle databases and PL/SQL development. * Solid experience with complex integrations using SOAP, REST, and messaging (JMS). * Proven ability to work independently, guide other developers, and support technical decisions in critical environments. **Desirable** * Experience with specific frameworks and architectures such as OSGi and OSWorkflow. * Practical use of observability tools like New Relic. * Knowledge of identity and security, especially WSO2 IdP. * Prior experience in complex corporate environments with multiple integrated systems. * Systems architecture (coupling, consistency, resilience, trade\-off\-driven design). * Performance and optimization (thread pools, CPU and memory usage, query tuning). * DevOps with Jenkins (advanced pipelines, releases, versioning with hotfix/master). * Observability (structured logs, metrics, and APM). * Technical governance (code reviews, mentoring, production risk management). **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
