High-performance environment with accelerated growth **On-site in Uberlândia – MG | PJ** About the Opportunity A strategic role responsible for leading the Artificial Intelligence and Automation unit, ensuring technical excellence, organizing deliverables, and interfacing with the company’s strategic departments. We seek a candidate with an owner’s mindset, technical leadership capability, and clear results orientation. Main Responsibilities * Lead and manage technology teams (AI, automation, and development). * Organize and prioritize requests using Kanban. * Interface with stakeholders (directors, managers, and internal departments). * Challenge requirements and propose more efficient solutions. * Monitor trends in AI, intelligent agents, and automation. * Ensure technical and strategic alignment of the team. Technical and Behavioral Requirements * Proven experience leading technology teams (mandatory). * Experience in application development, automation, or AI. * Ability to engage in technical dialogue with developers. * Inquisitive, strategic, and results-oriented profile. * Interest in high-performance environments, accelerated growth, and delivery pressure. * Knowledge of low-code/no-code tools (e.g., LogBot) is desirable.
