Analytical, investigative, organized, and agile profile **CONTROLLER ANALYST** **Summary:** Monitor the execution / construction of the cash flow for all group companies. Monitor the financial health of companies, contribute to budget preparation, cost analysis, monthly closing, management reporting, and process automation within the controller's office. **Responsibilities:** * Support the construction of cash flow for all group companies. * Monitor and identify gaps between budgeted and actual figures. * Participate in the automation of cash flow processes. * Promote business interface across the group. * Contribute to executing operational activities to deliver departmental results. * Analyze results and information from the controller's office of all group companies. **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, or Economics. **Experience:** * Report creation in Excel for result presentations. * Experience in results analysis. * Knowledge of budget vs. actual analysis and cash flow. **Technical Skills:** * Advanced Excel. * Familiarity with the Protheus system. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Analytical, investigative, organized, agile, assertive, resilient, and strong interpersonal skills. **Other Requirements:** **Experience in Payment Methods, Acquiring, Digital Banking, Construction / Real Estate Development, Technology, and Agribusiness** **Benefits:** * Meal Allowance, Fuel Allowance, Medical and Dental Plans, WellHub, and other partnerships.
