We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead engineering, product development, technical support, and maintenance departments. The professional will be responsible for ensuring process efficiency, promoting continuous improvement, developing strategies, and supporting leadership in making technical decisions. **Key Responsibilities** * Plan, coordinate, and oversee engineering projects from conception through delivery; * Monitor schedules, quality indicators, and adherence to deadlines; * Develop and implement process, method, and procedure improvements; * Propose technical and technological solutions to enhance efficiency and quality; * Manage and develop the team, promote training, and ensure alignment with company objectives; * Collaborate closely with executive management and other departments. **Required Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in **Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering**; * Experience in **team management** and project execution; * Experience in maintenance; * Dynamic and proactive profile with excellent interpersonal skills; * **Full availability** to work weekends or other shifts, as required.
