Job Summary: We are seeking a Purchaser to acquire parts, components, and maintenance services for the company's heavy-duty vehicle fleet, negotiating with suppliers to ensure quality and agility. Key Highlights: 1. Purchasing experience, preferably in heavy-duty fleet 2. Negotiation and supplier relationship skills 3. Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems Position Summary: * We seek a Purchaser responsible for acquiring parts, components, and maintenance services for the company's heavy-duty vehicle fleet. * This professional will interact directly with suppliers to secure optimal negotiations, quality, and timely service to internal departments. Responsibilities and Activities: * Procure automotive parts, components, and various materials for fleet maintenance. * Prospect, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best commercial terms regarding price, delivery time, and quality. * Conduct quotations, comparative analyses, and market research to support decision-making within the procurement area. * Issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and ensure compliance with deadlines and technical specifications. * Ensure adherence to the company's purchasing policies and compliance standards. Requirements: * Prior purchasing experience, preferably in the automotive, transportation, logistics, or heavy-duty fleet maintenance sectors. * Negotiation and supplier relationship skills. * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Logistics, or related fields. * Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP systems. * Strong communication and analytical skills.
